Food: the best macros you can find for meal prep. I have ordered every single meal service imaginable and the local one ended up being the best tasting, priced, etc. Service: I’ve had meals break one time due to it violently raining and they replaced the meals! Everyone’s incredibly friendly and was understanding of the situation. Atmosphere: the place is small but it’s right next to an airfield and you can see planes takeoff which is pretty awesome
Update October 2024: Still totally hooked on this meal plan. Every meal is tasty, filling and time saving. After a few years we have learned what we love more than others and will stock up on our favorites. Beef Enchalada was a fabulous dinner tonight (hint hint to MOM Meal: love it!!!) Do yourself a favor, give it one week and see for yourself. I just happened to find Mind Over Matter on a google map and clicked on the name. The meals shown and price per box intrigued me. We are on our third order now and we are loving it. Meals are fresh and filling. No work, no fuss. Delicious food!! Saving money in the store isle and saving time spent in the kitchen, clean up is a breeze! In the past I have used Dinner Done (ok, but not convenient and a little expensive) and Blue Apron (I was trying to save the food prep/cook time and Blue Apron is not that). Mind Over Matter beats both hands down. If you are even slightly thinking about it - do not hesitate. Just pick a weeks worth of meals and enjoy coming home to a wonderful dinner without hassle. I have been eating food from Mind Over Matter Meals since Covid lock-downs in 2020. The meals have always been amazing! I had moved out of state for 3 years and just moved back to FL again and the biggest thing I was looking forward too was to get back to these meals. The past 2 years I have been up 20 pounds from my walk around weight and since getting food from M.O.M again I have lost 13 pounds over the past month! These meals make it so much easier to not over eat! I eat about twice a day and with each meal only having around 300-500 Calories it makes it VERY easy to get all your nutrition while not overeating! Sam and his team is AMAZING!!!
